Division H Toastmasters

Dear Leaders,

I am excited to share following information regarding our first club in Mussafah town ship:

1.       Yesterday , a demo meeting was organized . TM Santosh and TM Rajagopalan have done fantastic job in organizing the meeting. MTM Sylvia was the TME for the meeting , MTM Shukla Datta  took up the role of  General Evaluator. MTM Pratima carried out the table topic session. IT WAS A WONDERFUL MEETING !!

2.       A total of 32  toastmasters attended the meeting , out of which 15 were prospective/new members. I am very encouraged to see the huge response from the prospective members , who reside in Mussafah town ship.

3.        First meeting of the club will be announced soon. All seasoned toastmasters are requested to take up roles as mentors .

4.       We are going to submit club charter documents to TMI on Saturday . This club will be 23^rd member of Division H family of clubs and 6^th new addition during the year.

We have about 72 hours in our hand. If you know anyone interested to be a charter member of the new club

ear Fellow Leaders,

Please join me in welcoming our 22^nd family member of toastmasters clubs in Division H, 5^TH addition during the year. Our new member is:

ETA ASCON STAR COMMUNITY TOASTMASTERS CLUB-ABUDHABI.

I sincerely thank and express my gratitude to all the seasoned toastmasters, in particular  Area Governor  TM Anil Akkineni, TM Seyed Jaafar,

TM Krishnan S, TM Shajahan. MTM, Shukla Datta for their  hard work over past few months.

My special thanks to TM Anil and  TM Seyed Jaafar for your dedication and  continuous follow up with the company management and being the catalyst in bringing the club at this stage .

I express my  thanks and appreciation to the management of ETA  ASCON GROUP for their support in forming the toastmasters club for the benefit of the company employees. It is indeed an employee benefit  initiative which many companies in Abu  Dhabi will soon follow.

I am glad to note that TM Siva Pal has taken up the role of founding president of the club while Dr. Latha has accepted the role of VPE.

Seasoned Toastmaster  Seyed Jaafar has accepted the role  of  VP membership. I congratulate all the office bearers for taking up the challenging tasks of steering the club at this infant stage.

All the seasoned toastmasters of Division H are requested to support the club by taking up various roles ( mentor, coach, guide, evaluators etc).

Kindly note that first meeting of the club was  held yesterday evening  which was attended by over 25 new members of the club in addition to  seasoned toastmasters from Inner universe toastmasters and Abudhabi chapter toastmasters.

Dr. Nasef (Division Governor elect ) and yours truly  were very fortunate to attend the lovely meeting of the club (First meeting ).

Dear Leaders,

Please join me in welcoming our 21^st member in the  Abu Dhabi Toastmasters family ( Division H) : ABK Toastmasters club. My sincere thanks and gratitude to H.E Sultan Al- Hajji , our patron for his kind support in chartering the club.

Also my sincere thanks and appreciation goes to TM Rajen Pania (President of the club), TM Romeo Dias (VP-Education ), DTM Nasef Dhafari (Division Governor Elect)  for their hard  work and determination in forming this club for the benefit of TOTAL ABK employees,.
